I found this idea on Facebook, being touted as a TikTok craze. Here is my version.
Pour 1/4 Cup of cold water into a 4-Cup bowl.
Add 1 Cup of water to a small saucepan, place the lid on the pan, and turn on the burner so it will boil.
Sprinkle one small packet of gelatine into the bowl of cold water.
Wait one minute. Sprinkle one small packet of diet gelatine over the water in the bowl. If you are sensitive to diet sweeteners, please read the box and be cautious.
Pour the hot water into the bowl and stir until all the gelatine is dissolved. Look at the time.
Make sure you have a good quality plain yogurt.
Measure out 1 cup of this yogurt.
After the hot water has been in the bowl for 10 minutes, add the yogurt to the bowl.
Stir the yogurt until it is mixed in well.
For a smoother result, blend with a small immersion blender.
Refrigerate for at least four hours, then enjoy.
