Last weekend we found a house, wrote a contract to sell this house, wrote a contract to buy that house, then got to work on this house. Small repairs were made on a daily basis, the outside painting we started last year finally got finished (by someone else), and the carpets were cleaned. It feels like we cleaned all weekend, yet we were done by 9:30 this morning. The only setback is that the realtor who is selling this house has a sick husband, and she was unable to bring any prospective buyers today. We have an "open house" sign which we are to place in the front yard whenever we are home. I hope this house sells really soon!
