A Tasty Snack

 I found this idea on Facebook, being touted as a TikTok craze. Here is my version.

Optional step, which makes the finished item a little thicker. Dissolve one small packet of gelatine in 1/4 cup of cold water in a medium-sized bowl.











Boil 1 Cup of water. Add one small packet of diet gelatine to the bowl.











Stir in the hot water until all gelatine is dissolved.











Wait ten minutes. Use a good quality plain yogurt.











Measure out 1 cup of this yogurt.











Add the yogurt to the bowl.











Stir the yogurt until it is mixed in well.

For a smoother result, blend with a small immersion blender.

Refrigerate for at least four hours, then enjoy.


The combination of gelatine and yogurt gives a tasty snack or dessert that is low-carb, with protein and healthy fats.
