I started the new year slowly, with a quick and easy project.
Hubby got a new motorcycle last year, and asked me to make him a case for his sunglasses:
He's so lucky I found a fabric to match his new bike, and already had a Mod fabric for the lining.
As usual, I started with hand-written instructions:
Here's what it says:
very soft eyeglass case
finished size 6-1/2" x 3-1/4"
i piece each fabric (2): 4" x 14"
right sides together, stitch ends and around with 1/4" seams, leaving 2" opening (in one side)
turn right sides out
fold in half, right side out
stitch down sides close to edges
Here's the outside:
